Version of Ibn Abbas
Version of Umar bn al-Khattab

Version of Ibn Mas'ud
At-tahihiyyaat lillaahi was salawaat wat tayyibaat. As salaam alayka ayyuhan nabiyy warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuhu. As salaam alaynaa wa alaa ibaadillàahi saaliheen.
Ash hadu anlaa ilaaha illallaahu wa ash hadu Anna Muhammadan abduhu warasuuluhu. (Bukhari and Muslim)

Version of Ibn Abbas
At-tahiyyaatul mubaarakaat, as salawaatu tayyibaat lillaahi. As salaam alayka ayyuhan nabiyy warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuhu. As salaam alaynaa wa alaa ibaadillaahi saaliheen. Ash had  an laa ilaaha illallaah wa ash hadu Anna Muhammadan abduhu warasuuluhu. (Imam Shafeiy, Muslim, Abu Dawud).

Version of Umar bn al-khattaab
At-tahiyyaat lillaahi az-zaakiyyaat
Illaahi, at tayyibaat salawaat lillaahi. As salaam alayka ayyuhan nabiyy warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuhu. As salaam alaynaa wa alaa ibaadillaahi saaliheen. Ash- hadu anlaa ilaaha illallaah wa ash hadu Anna Muhammadan abduhu warasuuluhu. (Imam Malik and Imam Shafeiy).

The Malikis adopt the last one which is the version of Umar based on amal ahlil madeena, practice of what they met the people of Madeena who succeeded the companions doing.
The consensus of jurists (ijma) gave the ruling that any of the above three is permissible.
