At-tahihiyyaat lillaahi was salawaat wat tayyibaat. As salaam alayka ayyuhan nabiyy warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuhu. As salaam alaynaa wa alaa ibaadillĂ ahi saaliheen.
Ash hadu anlaa ilaaha illallaahu wa ash hadu Anna Muhammadan abduhu warasuuluhu. (Bukhari and Muslim)

Illaahi, at tayyibaat salawaat lillaahi. As salaam alayka ayyuhan nabiyy warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuhu. As salaam alaynaa wa alaa ibaadillaahi saaliheen. Ash- hadu anlaa ilaaha illallaah wa ash hadu Anna Muhammadan abduhu warasuuluhu. (Imam Malik and Imam Shafeiy).
The Malikis adopt the last one which is the version of Umar based on amal ahlil madeena, practice of what they met the people of Madeena who succeeded the companions doing.
The consensus of jurists (ijma) gave the ruling that any of the above three is permissible.
