THE BEST DAYS EVER IN THE WORLD TODAY!!!
The Best Days Ever!
So you are not going to Hajj this year and you are stuck in your country like the rest of us, but want to be forgiven like the people that went for hajj? No need to dispair, the best 10 days of the entire year will soon be upon us and there are certain things a person can do to make the most of this blessed time, even if he or she cant go for hajj.
Ibn ‘Abbas reports that the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) said, “No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these days [meaning the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah].”The companions asked, “O Messenger of Allaah, not even jihad in the way of Allaah?” He said, “Not even jihad, except for the man who puts his life and wealth in danger [for Allaah’s sake] and returns with neither of them.”
From amongst the good things a person can do, as mentioned by Haafidh Ibn Rajab in his book al-Lataa-if al-Ma’aarif are:
Fasting during the day of ‘Arafah [if your not doing hajj] as has been reported in the saheeh of Imaam Muslim ‘Fasting the day of ‘Arafah wipes away the sins of the past and coming year’Protecting your limbs from sin on that day [day of ‘Arafah] it has been reported in the Musnad of Imaam Ahmad bin Hanbal that the Prophet said‘This day whoever safeguards his hearing and sight and tongue will be forgiven’Increasing in saying the Kalimatu-at-Tawheed [i.e laa ilaaha illalAllah] with sincerity and truth. Because it is the essence of the religion of Islaam which Allah completed on the day of ‘Arafah.
Similarly there has been an on-going dispute between scholars, and that is regarding the question, are the ten first days of Dhul-Hijjah more superior then the ten last nights of Ramadan? And the best opinion regarding this is that, yes the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are infact better then the last ten nights of Ramadan [except laylatul Qadr]. So as Muslims we should try our best to increase in good deeds, whatever they may be during these blessed ten days, to reap the maximum benefit and reward.
Hajj and Istighfaar
Shaykh Abdu-Razzaq bin Abdul-Muhsin al-‘Abbaad writes concerning the hajj in his book Min Madrasatu-l-Hajj
It is often that Allah commands for istighfaar, especially at the end of acts of obedience and upon completion of worship.
Allah the Most High says:
ثُمَّ أَفِيضُواْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ النَّاسُ وَاسْتَغْفِرُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
and surge onward together with the multitude of all the other people who surge onward, and ask God to forgive you your sins: for, verily, God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace.
And the surge mentioned in the verse here is in reference to the return towards Mina where the Hujjaj stay during the days of hajj. And Allah ordered them to do istighfaar so that it patches up any mistakes or short comings that might have occured.
Similarly it was from the practise of the Prophet to end his good deeds with istighfaar. It is authentically narrated in Saheeh Muslim that the Prophet used to say upon finishing salah, astaghfirullah three times. Even at the end of the night prayers he used to end it with istighfaar.
Allah the Most High said:
وَالْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِالأَسْحَارِ
and [those who] pray for forgiveness in the early morning.
And he used to conclude his sittings with istighfaar as has been authentically reported by Aboo Dawuud on the authority of Abee Burzah al-Aslamee that whenever the Prophet wanted to end a sitting he used to say:
SubhaanakAllahuma wa Bihamdika ash-Hadu an laa ilaaha illa ant astaghfiruka wa atuubu ilayk
The Prophet even ended his life with Istighfaar as has been narrated by Imaam Bukhaaree in his saheeh on the authority of ‘Aishah. During his last days in this world whilst being in the care of his beloved wife ‘Aishah she heared him repeating.
Allahuma ighfirlee warhamnee wa alhiqnee bi rafeeqil ‘ala
O Allah forgive me and have mercy upon me and make me join the company of the noble ones!

Our Common Mistakes in Islam - Woman dropping her father's name and adopting husband's name after marriage!
How many of you are aware that it is Haraam for a woman (after marraige) to change her surname from her father to that of her husband? Example, before marriage she was "Fatima maqsood Ali" and after marriage to Sajid Siddique, she changes to "Fatima Sajid Siddique" or just "Fatima Sajid".
This is haraam. It is not permissible for a woman to take her husband’s name or his family name because that is attributing oneself to someone other than one’s father, and imitating the kuffaar from whom this custom was adopted.
There are some very stern warnings regarding this from Allah and his Prophet (pbuh). Read below:
The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Whoever calls himself by other than his father’s name (or attributes himself to someone other than his father), will be cursed by Allaah, the angels and all the people." (Reported by Ibn Maajah, 2599)
Narrated from Abu Dharr (ra) that he heard the Prophet (pbuh) say: “Any man who knowingly attributes himself to someone other than his father is guilty of kufr. Whoever claims to belong to a people when he has nothing to do with them, let him take his place in Hell.” [Bukhari 3508 and Muslim 61]
It is not permitted for anyone to claim to belong to anyone other than his father. Imitating the kuffaar by dropping the wife’s surname and giving her the husband’s name is haraam; it is also a form of falsehood, and humiliation of the woman. There is no blood tie between the husband and wife, so how can she take his surname as if she is part of the same lineage? Moreover, she may get divorced, or her husband may die, and she may marry another man. Will she keep changing her surname every time she marries another man? Furthermore, there are rulings attached to her being named after her father, which have to do with inheritance, spending and who is a mahram, etc. Taking her husband’s surname overlooks all that. The husband is named after his own father, and what does she have to do with the lineage of her husband’s father? This goes against common sense and true facts. The husband has nothing that makes him better than his wife so that she should take his surname, whilst he takes his father’s name.
If taking husband's name is allowed in Islam. .Prophet Muhammad's (who was the best human being) wives would have kept his name after their names !
But still Aysha remained as Aysha bint Abu bukker.
Even his wives whose fathers were kuffar. .even they didn't change their last name after marriage.
.they kept their kaafir fathers' names behind theirs.
Eg. Saffiya bint Huyayy
( Huyayy was a jew and a staunch enemy of the Prophet sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam)
Anyone who has done this must repent to Allaah and put it right by going back to her father’s name. Please revert back to your fathers lineage or fathers name!
Each one of us is accountable for our actions on the Day of Judgement! Don't obey others to disobey Allah (even if it be your parents or your husband)

Narrated Mu'adhi bin Jabal
(radhi'Allahu anhu): I asked Allah's
Messenger (swal'Allahu alaihi wa
salam) about Allah's saying: "The Day
when the Trumpet will be blown, you
shall appear forth in groups after
groups" (78:18). The Prophet
(swal'Allahu alaihi wa salam) wept
until his clothes were wet with tears,
and said, "O Mu'adhi, you have asked
me about a big matter. My people
(Ummah) will resurrect into twelve
groups:
(1). They will resurrect without hands
and legs. The caller of the Judgement
Day will then call out before Allah:
'Those are people who used to
mistreat their neighbours. Allah has
paid them back as such and they will
dwell in Hell-Fire.'
(2). Will resurrect in the image of
swine (pig). The caller will say: 'They
are those who never used to perform
swalah (prayer). So Allah has
rewarded them back like that & their
final abode is Hell-Fire.'
(3). Will resurrect with their bellies
as huge as a mountain, inside which
there will be flames of fire and biting
insects, just like a donkey: Those who
used not to give Zakah.
(4). Will resurrect with blood dripping
from their lips: Those who used to tell
lies while conducting their
transactions and businesses (as a way
of attracting more customers).
(5). Will resurrect while rotten, and
will be smelling between people: Those
who used to hide their sins in fear of
people, without fearing Allah.
(6). Will resurrect without the voice
box (epiglottis) and hands: Those who
witness falsehood.
(7). Will resurrect without the
tongue, and blood plus pus will be
dripping off their lips: Those who died
without uttering the Shahadah
(polytheists and Muslim devotees).
(8). Will resurrect with their legs
rolled over their heads: Those who
used to indulge in Zzina, and died
without repenting.
(9). Will resurrect with black faces,
red eyes and with flames of fires
inside their bellies: Those who used to
misappropriate the property of
orphans (when he inherits them).
(10). Will resurrect suffering from
leprosy and scabies: Those who used to
disobey their parents.
(11). Will resurrect with a stone-
heart, blind, elongated teeth, very
long tongue and lips (suspending over
their chests) and dirt will be emerging
from their bellies: Those who used to
drink alcohol.
(12). Will resurrect with shinning
faces like a moon on its mid course,
and will pass the Swiratwa (bridge)
like lightning flash: Those who used to
do good and trying much to avoid sin,
would perform their swalah (prayer)
and died in a state of repentance. All
the 11 groups will then be cast into

We had birds that we kept in a cage; daily, we would feed them, give them drink, and release them in the morning so they can cool themselves in the air. One day, however, we forgot to release them, and the sunheat affected them, resulting in their death. We regret having kept them in cages; please advise us ý do we have to make any atonement?
Answer:
If the situation is as you have described, there is no sin upon you, for Allah Almighty says: Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error .

responded to the invocation in this verse by saying, I have done so.

I am lying on the bed. My children, brothers and sisters are all sitting by my bedside. Some close friends too are standing and overlooking my face. Suddenly I start breathing with long breaths. Someone among the people sitting in the room. Everyone around repeats with the reciter. My breath starts to ease out. I am opening my eyes and looking at something. Angel of death has arrived. I am getting late for the eternal journey. My mouth has opened up. My brother is dropping some water into my mouth, it is perhaps the "Zam Zam" water which I had preserved for the very moment.
Then everyone starts to recite, "Laa'ilaaha illallaaha Muhammadur Rasoolullaah". I have lost my vision. I have lost my tongue, I have even lost my sensation but I can still hear. I can hear my loved ones weeping in grief. I'm not dead yet but I am almost lifeless. Angel of death makes the final act and takes my soul out with an intensive jerk. I have now left this world.
All my wealth, cars, properties, bank balances, contacts and connections are of no use now. My identity is my grave and I am being referred to as 'dead body'. My near ones are preparing my grave and some of them think it as inauspicious to keep the dead body inside the house for too long. The house which I myself built and lived in is shrinking in space for me. My bath is being prepared. I am taken out in the compound for the final bath. My bathroom fitted with expensive bath fittings is not for me now.
I am being wrapped in the white cotton shroud. I am boxed in a wooden box for the travel to my grave. My expensive car is not for me now.
For what then did I amass so many worthless things. Why did I lie to earn the useless wealth. It is of no use to me. Woe to me for I wasted my life in vain. I forgot that my last journey is near and certain. Why did I sin so much ? Oh! I have lost my game.
Now stop imagining This is going to happen one day with you and me. So be prepared. Good deeds will make your journey and the life of the Hereafteru pleasant. Remember death. It is certain. It is so near. This world is just a short dream..... WAKE UP B4 ITS TOO LATE!
A Beautiful Hadith
Rasulullah (صل الله عليه وسلم) said:
'When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased. When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, 'He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job.. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise '. Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, 'I am the Qur'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief..' When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.
Rasulullah( صل الله عليه وسلم ) said: 'On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qur'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.' Please keep forwarding this 'Hadith' to all ....because Rasulullah ( صل الله عليه وسلم)
said: 'Pass on knowledge from me even if it is only one verse'. May Allah bestow this favour on all of us.

The best message I have read in a while
A man, an avid Gardener saw a small Butterfly laying few eggs in one of the pots in his garden.
Since that day he looked at the egg with ever growing curiosity and eagerness.
The egg started to move and shake a little.
He was excited to see a new life coming up right in front of his eyes.
He spent hours watching the egg now. The egg started to expand and develop cracks.
A tiny head and antennae started to come out ever so slowly. The man's excitement knew no bounds.
He got his magnifying glasses and sat to watch the life and body of a pupa coming out.
He saw the struggle of the tender pupa and couldn't resist his urge to "HELP".
He went and got a tender forceps to help the egg break, a nip here, a nip there to help the struggling life and the pupa was out. The man was ecstatic!
He waited now each day for the pupa to grow and fly like a beautiful butterfly, but alas that never happened.
The larvae pupa had a oversized head and kept crawling along in the pot for the full 4 weeks and died!
Depressed the man went to his botanist friend and asked the reason. His friend told him the struggle to break out of the egg helps the larvae to send blood to its wings and the head push helps the head to remain small so that the tender wings can support it thru its 4 week life cycle. In his eagerness to help, the man destroyed a beautiful life!
Struggles help all of us, that's why a bit of effort goes a long way to develop our strength to face life's difficulties!
As parents, we sometimes go too far trying to help and protect our kids from life's harsh realities and disappointments.
We don't want our kids to struggle like we did.
Harvard psychiatrist Dr. Dan Kindlon says that over-protected children are more likely to struggle in relationships and with challenges.
We're sending our kids the message that they're not capable of helping themselves.
To quote clinical psychologist, Dr. Wendy 's Moral:

1. If your child lies to you often, it is because you over-react too harshly to their inappropriate behaviour.
2. If your child is not taught to confide in you about their mistakes, you’ve lost them.
3. If your child had poor self-esteem, it is because you advice them more than you encourage them.
4. If your child does not stand up for themselves, it is because from a young age you have disciplined them regularly in public.
5. If your child takes things that do not belong to them, it is because when you buy them things, you don’t let them chose what they want.
6. If your child is cowardly, it is because you help them too quickly.
7. If your child does not respect other people’s feelings, it is because instead of speaking to your child, you order and command them.
8. If your child is too quick to anger, it is because you give too much attention to misbehaviour and you give little attention to good behaviour.

alaihe says,"once Izraeel A.S had
just taken off the soul of a mighty
tyrant,whom the world had never
seen,he passed by some angels who
askd him,'have you ever felt pity for
any soul you were commanded to
pul out?'Izraeel replied,'yes,once i
was moved to great pity when i was
commanded to take the soul of a
woman who was alone in a jungle &
had just given birth to a baby son,i
felt pity for her & her new-born
child,for i didnt knw what would
happen to the innocent baby left
alone in the wilderness!The angels
asked,do you knw who this tyrant is
whose soul you're carryng now?It's
the same child who was left alone in
the jungles.'Izraeel was surprised
and exclaimed,"Glorified be Thou,O
Lord!Thou are beyond all
imperfections!Most Kind & Most
Merciful!And Thou Doest As Thou
Willst."
What lesson do you learn from this?
[8/27, 9:50 PM] Ahmed M: On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When Allah created Paradise and Hell-fire, He sent Gabriel to Paradise, saying: Look at it and at what I have prepared therein for its inhabitants. The Prophet (pbuh) said: So he came to it and looked at it and at what Allah had prepared therein for its inhabitants. The Prophet (pbuh) said: So he returned to Him and said: By your glory, no one hears of it without entering it. So He ordered that it be encompassed by forms of hardship, and He said: Return to it and look at what I have prepared therein for its inhabitants. The Prophet (pbuh) said: So he returned to it and found that it was encompassed by forms of hardship (1). Then he returned to Him and said: By Your glory, I fear that no one will enter it. He said: Go to Hell-fire and look at it and what I have prepared therein for its inhabitants, and he fount that it was in layers, one above the other. Then he returned to Him and said: By Your glory, no one who hears of it will enter it. So He ordered that it be encompassed by lusts. Then He said: Return to it. And he returned to it and said: By Your glory, I am frightened that no one will escape from entering it. (1) The Arabic word used here is "makarih", the literal meaning of which is "things that are disliked". In this context it refers to forms of religious discipline that man usually finds onerous. It was related by Tirmidhi, who said that it was a good and sound ' (also by Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i)

RIGHTS HUSBAND AND WIFE!!!
Rights Husband and Wife
Rights husband and wife being revealed in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) says:
ولهن مثل الذي عليهن بالمعروف وللرجال عليهن درجة والله عزيز حكيم
And these women are like that (right) on them to ma'aruwf (according to shariy'ah). And for men over women have degrees. (Al-Baqara 2: 228)
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said in a farewell pilgrimage when he stood to address Maswahaaba:
((يآ أيها الناس إن لنسائكم عليكم حقا ولكم عليهن حق)) أبو داود
((O you people, surely no right over your wives and your wives have rights over you)) Abu Dawood
Following are right about them both; husband and wife in dealings:
1-Truth
The wife and husband have between them with truthful statements and actions. Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) says:
يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وكونوا مع الصادقين
O ye who believe! Fear Allah and be with the truthful. (At-Tawbah: 11)
2-Love, compassion and tranquility.
Each amdhihirishie another will, and to have compassion between them in trouble until trouble is that every man be another relief during times of stress. Allah (Subhanaahu wa Ta'ala) says:
ومن آياته أن خلق لكم من أنفسكم أزواجا لتسكنوا إليها وجعل بينكم مودة ورحمة إن في ذلك لآ يات لقوم يتفكرون
"And in His Aayaat is that He created you from yourselves (homogeneous) its that you may find tranquility in them; and Amekujaalieni between you love and mercy. Indeed, in the course (there) verses for those who reflect. "(Ar-Ruwm 30: 21)
3-Trust, Honesty and commitment needed to achieve:
Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) Amewasifu and promised Jannah who fulfill their trusts and promises:
والذين هم لأماناتهم وعهدهم راعون
And who of their trusts and their promises they respect (the keepers). [Al-Muuminuwn 8] (Al-Ma'aarij: 32)
The creation of trust will prevent a misconception or kutiliana course:
فإن أمن بعضكم بعضا فليؤد الذي اؤتمن أمانته وليتق الله ربه
And if one of you has appointed the deposit and another, then he who is trusted should deliver his trust; and let him fear Allah his Lord (Al-Baqarah: 283)
4-Good behavior
Be of good behavior in statements and actions in order to bring honor between them:
وعاشروهن بالمعروف
And live with them in kindness ((An-Nisaa '4: 19))
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) will:
((Nakuusieni kindness towards women)) Al-Bukhari and Muslim
5-Kuhifadhiana secret
Should not all the exchange of their secrets or give their shame out:
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said: ((people who are in critical condition in the sight of Allah, the Day of Judgement will be the man he ekwenda to his wife and the wife to her husband then (one) and passed on to its secrets)) Muslim
These rights will be fulfilled by a husband and wife, it would be obeying Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala):
ولا تنسوا الفضل بينكم إن الله بما تعملون بصير
And do not forget graciousness between you. Surely Allah for what you do is Baswiyr (SEER). (Al-Baqarah 2: 237)
Rights wife from the husband:
1-It is the duty of a husband a wife clothe and care for his needs.
2-husband has the right to teach manners wife felt rebellious wife. Says Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala):
واللاتي تخافون نشوزهن فعظوهن واهجروهن في المضاجع واضربوهن فإن أطعنكم فلا تبغوا عليهن سبيلا إن الله كان عليا كبيرا
And they (women) do you fear disobedience, then warn the (continuing rebellion) the waste in accommodation (beds) to (finally holding rebellion) beat them. Wakikutiini, then seek not against them means (of offending free). Surely Allah is Aliyyan Kabiyraa (OFT Paluwa - Largest sincere, practical and reputation). (An-Nisaa '4: 34)
Verse seeks small details as some of the men have not known about: ((LEAVE into accommodation (beds) to (finally holding rebellion), smite)).
Ibn 'Abbaas (may Allaah anhumaa) and others have said: "verses meant hitting the strike mild" (ie weak pulse) Al-Hasan Al-Basri said: "It means a remarkable strike force".
Scholars have elaborated on that statement ifautavyo:
i) First amnasihi husband or wife without charging kumuonea or seize a shame for the people. Wife will kapomtii her husband, was sufficient for that problem is gone.
ii) Atakapoendelea wife to disobey her husband, the husband departing from his side, that is should not sleep with him for a while not tell him not to feel bad and wife realize that her husband amamekasirikia. When his wife accepted his mistakes, is over the problems and come together in their normal state.
iii) If the wife still does not obedience, then the husband may follow the order of the beatings. But not beating strongly, but as he said the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) in the following Hadith:
عن جابر (رضي الله عنه) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنه قال في حجة الوداع: ((واتقوا الله في النساء, فإنهن عندكم عوان, ولكم عليهن ألا يوطئن فرشكم أحدا تكرهونه, فإن فعلن فاضربوهن ضربا غير مبرح, ولهن رزقهن وكسوتهن بالمعروف ))
From Jabir (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said in a pilgrimage of farewell: ((Fear Allah concerning women since they are your helpers. You have the right over them that they allowed him to someone a loved tread carpet yours. ( enter the house) But doing so, you allowed a small discipline. They have a right to you that muwatimizie their use and clothing through satisfactorily)) Muslim
3-It is the obligation of the husband to give his wife Religion training if she did was blessed with the knowledge of his religion. Husband to teach myself, and when unable, wife to allow him to attend class because it's important to him that he might learn as appropriate as' Aqeedah and Tawheed and refrain from Shirk. Also learn Fiqh all relating to his religion, he can implement his worship according to well he might sanctify himself and that he could avoid the incursion and be able to raise her children. Overall aihami his family and Hell. Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) Anaamrisha so:
يا أيها الذين آمنوا قوا أنفسكم وأهليكم نارا وقودها الناس والحجارة عليها ملائكة غلاظ شداد لا يعصون الله ما أمرهم ويفعلون ما يؤمرون )6(
O ye who believe! Cautious against yourselves and your family in the Fire (who) fuel (wood) it is men and stones; an angel on her fanatical, violent they do not disobey Allah in what Anayowaamrisha and they do what they are commanded. (At Tahriym 66: 6)
4-It is the duty of a husband to his wife's correction Shariy'ah wrong to follow the religion; model wife does not fulfill the veil. Similarly not let him mingle with the men except that kaharimishwa they married.
5-It is incumbent on him to keep him a wife in every way. Whether her husband is the guardian and administrator of his stuff and has the responsibility to care for:
الرجال قوامون على النساء بما فضل الله بعضهم على بعض وبما أنفقوا من أموالهم
Men are the maintainers of women because Allah Amefadhilisha of them to excel others and because of (consumer) are bringing in their properties. (An-Nisaa '4: 34)
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said: ((Male is a keeper (administrator) of his home and asked about the pastoral (management) thereof)) Al-Bukhari and Muslim
6-If the husband has more than one wife, he must do justice between wives. Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) Anakataza sideline the dillifu:
ولن تستطيعوا أن تعدلوا بين النساء ولو حرصتم فلا تميلوا كل الميل فتذروها كالمعلقة
And do not you can not be edification between women although you determined. So do elemee muelemeo all (with one wife) and left (another wife (the loved) as hung (impaled.) (An-Nisaa 4: 129)
And he says:
فإن خف تم ألا تعدلوا فواحدة أو ما ملكت أيمانكم ذلك أدنى ألا تعولوا
Mkikhofu that the river
Rights husband and wife being revealed in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) says:
ولهن مثل الذي عليهن بالمعروف وللرجال عليهن درجة والله عزيز حكيم
And these women are like that (right) on them to ma'aruwf (according to shariy'ah). And for men over women have degrees. (Al-Baqara 2: 228)
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said in a farewell pilgrimage when he stood to address Maswahaaba:
((يآ أيها الناس إن لنسائكم عليكم حقا ولكم عليهن حق)) أبو داود
((O you people, surely no right over your wives and your wives have rights over you)) Abu Dawood
Following are right about them both; husband and wife in dealings:
1-Truth
The wife and husband have between them with truthful statements and actions. Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) says:
يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وكونوا مع الصادقين
O ye who believe! Fear Allah and be with the truthful. (At-Tawbah: 11)
2-Love, compassion and tranquility.
Each amdhihirishie another will, and to have compassion between them in trouble until trouble is that every man be another relief during times of stress. Allah (Subhanaahu wa Ta'ala) says:
ومن آياته أن خلق لكم من أنفسكم أزواجا لتسكنوا إليها وجعل بينكم مودة ورحمة إن في ذلك لآ يات لقوم يتفكرون
"And in His Aayaat is that He created you from yourselves (homogeneous) its that you may find tranquility in them; and Amekujaalieni between you love and mercy. Indeed, in the course (there) verses for those who reflect. "(Ar-Ruwm 30: 21)
3-Trust, Honesty and commitment needed to achieve:
Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) Amewasifu and promised Jannah who fulfill their trusts and promises:
والذين هم لأماناتهم وعهدهم راعون
And who of their trusts and their promises they respect (the keepers). [Al-Muuminuwn 8] (Al-Ma'aarij: 32)
The creation of trust will prevent a misconception or kutiliana course:
فإن أمن بعضكم بعضا فليؤد الذي اؤتمن أمانته وليتق الله ربه
And if one of you has appointed the deposit and another, then he who is trusted should deliver his trust; and let him fear Allah his Lord (Al-Baqarah: 283)
4-Good behavior
Be of good behavior in statements and actions in order to bring honor between them:
وعاشروهن بالمعروف
And live with them in kindness ((An-Nisaa '4: 19))
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) will:
((Nakuusieni kindness towards women)) Al-Bukhari and Muslim
5-Kuhifadhiana secret
Should not all the exchange of their secrets or give their shame out:
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said: ((people who are in critical condition in the sight of Allah, the Day of Judgement will be the man he ekwenda to his wife and the wife to her husband then (one) and passed on to its secrets)) Muslim
These rights will be fulfilled by a husband and wife, it would be obeying Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala):
ولا تنسوا الفضل بينكم إن الله بما تعملون بصير
And do not forget graciousness between you. Surely Allah for what you do is Baswiyr (SEER). (Al-Baqarah 2: 237)
Rights wife from the husband:
1-It is the duty of a husband a wife clothe and care for his needs.
2-husband has the right to teach manners wife felt rebellious wife. Says Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala):
واللاتي تخافون نشوزهن فعظوهن واهجروهن في المضاجع واضربوهن فإن أطعنكم فلا تبغوا عليهن سبيلا إن الله كان عليا كبيرا
And they (women) do you fear disobedience, then warn the (continuing rebellion) the waste in accommodation (beds) to (finally holding rebellion) beat them. Wakikutiini, then seek not against them means (of offending free). Surely Allah is Aliyyan Kabiyraa (OFT Paluwa - Largest sincere, practical and reputation). (An-Nisaa '4: 34)
Verse seeks small details as some of the men have not known about: ((LEAVE into accommodation (beds) to (finally holding rebellion), smite)).
Ibn 'Abbaas (may Allaah anhumaa) and others have said: "verses meant hitting the strike mild" (ie weak pulse) Al-Hasan Al-Basri said: "It means a remarkable strike force".
Scholars have elaborated on that statement ifautavyo:
i) First amnasihi husband or wife without charging kumuonea or seize a shame for the people. Wife will kapomtii her husband, was sufficient for that problem is gone.

Uthman (R.A.) reported that Prophet
Mohammad (S.A.W.) has said that (nothing
will harm) the servant who recites these
words three times every morning and
evening.
ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻟَﺎ ﻳَﻀُﺮُّ ﻣَﻊَ
ﺍﺳْﻤِﻪِ ﺷَﻲْﺀٌ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﻓِﻲ
ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﺀِ ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤِﻴﻊُ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻠِﻴﻢُ
We have made (started) the morning (and
night) in whose Name nothing in the skies and
the earth can harm and He is the All-hearing,
the All-knowing.
Mohammad (S.A.W.) has said that (nothing

The Best Days Ever!
So you are not going to Hajj this year and you are stuck in your country like the rest of us, but want to be forgiven like the people that went for hajj? No need to dispair, the best 10 days of the entire year will soon be upon us and there are certain things a person can do to make the most of this blessed time, even if he or she cant go for hajj.
Ibn ‘Abbas reports that the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) said, “No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these days [meaning the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah].”The companions asked, “O Messenger of Allaah, not even jihad in the way of Allaah?” He said, “Not even jihad, except for the man who puts his life and wealth in danger [for Allaah’s sake] and returns with neither of them.”
From amongst the good things a person can do, as mentioned by Haafidh Ibn Rajab in his book al-Lataa-if al-Ma’aarif are:
Fasting during the day of ‘Arafah [if your not doing hajj] as has been reported in the saheeh of Imaam Muslim ‘Fasting the day of ‘Arafah wipes away the sins of the past and coming year’Protecting your limbs from sin on that day [day of ‘Arafah] it has been reported in the Musnad of Imaam Ahmad bin Hanbal that the Prophet said‘This day whoever safeguards his hearing and sight and tongue will be forgiven’Increasing in saying the Kalimatu-at-Tawheed [i.e laa ilaaha illalAllah] with sincerity and truth. Because it is the essence of the religion of Islaam which Allah completed on the day of ‘Arafah.
Similarly there has been an on-going dispute between scholars, and that is regarding the question, are the ten first days of Dhul-Hijjah more superior then the ten last nights of Ramadan? And the best opinion regarding this is that, yes the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are infact better then the last ten nights of Ramadan [except laylatul Qadr]. So as Muslims we should try our best to increase in good deeds, whatever they may be during these blessed ten days, to reap the maximum benefit and reward.
Hajj and Istighfaar
Shaykh Abdu-Razzaq bin Abdul-Muhsin al-‘Abbaad writes concerning the hajj in his book Min Madrasatu-l-Hajj
It is often that Allah commands for istighfaar, especially at the end of acts of obedience and upon completion of worship.
Allah the Most High says:
ثُمَّ أَفِيضُواْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ النَّاسُ وَاسْتَغْفِرُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
and surge onward together with the multitude of all the other people who surge onward, and ask God to forgive you your sins: for, verily, God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace.
And the surge mentioned in the verse here is in reference to the return towards Mina where the Hujjaj stay during the days of hajj. And Allah ordered them to do istighfaar so that it patches up any mistakes or short comings that might have occured.
Similarly it was from the practise of the Prophet to end his good deeds with istighfaar. It is authentically narrated in Saheeh Muslim that the Prophet used to say upon finishing salah, astaghfirullah three times. Even at the end of the night prayers he used to end it with istighfaar.
Allah the Most High said:
وَالْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِالأَسْحَارِ
and [those who] pray for forgiveness in the early morning.
And he used to conclude his sittings with istighfaar as has been authentically reported by Aboo Dawuud on the authority of Abee Burzah al-Aslamee that whenever the Prophet wanted to end a sitting he used to say:
SubhaanakAllahuma wa Bihamdika ash-Hadu an laa ilaaha illa ant astaghfiruka wa atuubu ilayk
The Prophet even ended his life with Istighfaar as has been narrated by Imaam Bukhaaree in his saheeh on the authority of ‘Aishah. During his last days in this world whilst being in the care of his beloved wife ‘Aishah she heared him repeating.
Allahuma ighfirlee warhamnee wa alhiqnee bi rafeeqil ‘ala
O Allah forgive me and have mercy upon me and make me join the company of the noble ones!
